Working With Disability is a short film in which people who have either a disability or mental health problems share their experiences of employment.
Giving a voice to six marginalised individuals from different backgrounds provides the audience with a touching insight into the difficulties and injustice that too often affect disabled people.
The film seeks to unite opinion between the fractured community, inspiring viewers to push forward an equality rights movement that is long overdue.

The film was premiered in June 2016 at the UK Houses of Parliament, preceding a debate between leading MPs and disability campaigners.
Ashar Smith is a music producer and filmmaker from London, England.
Alongside Peter Sweeney (composer/sound recordist) and Jimmy Cape (cameraman/editor), Ashar runs a social enterprise called Creative Opportunities, which provides high quality access to arts for underprivileged young people in the UK.
